Elgin doesn’t play fair with its leaf pickup service
The wind is blowing and the leaves are flying and once again I’m faced with the backbreaking work of raking, bagging and dragging countless brown bags to the curb to be picked up.

It’s November and the same question always persists: “Why is it that parts of Elgin are allowed to push their leaves to the curb for easy disposal while others must endure the stress of hard labor as well as the cost of paper bags?”
