The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:

A 33-year-old woman from Aurora was arrested on a charge of retail theft at 1:40 p.m. Oct. 27 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.

A 29-year-old man from Montgomery was arrested on charges of improper window tinting/treatment, driving on a suspended/revoked license, illegal transportation of cannabis, possession of a controlled substance and resisting a peace officer at 2:44 p.m. Oct. 27 in the 700 block of North Route 59.

A 20-year-old man from Chicago was arrested on a warrant at 9:10 p.m. Oct. 27 at Glacier Park Avenue and North Route 59.

A 25-year-old man from Bolingbrook was arrested on a charge of battery at 1 a.m. Oct. 28 in thefirst block of West Jefferson Avenue.

A 24-year-old woman from Elgin was arrested on a warrant at 1:10 a.m. Oct. 28 in the first block of West Jefferson Avenue.

A 31-year-old man from Melrose Park was arrested on a charge of knowingly damaging of property at 2:33 p.m. Oct. 28 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.

A 33-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on a warrant at 6:19 p.m. Oct. 28 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.

A 21-year-old man from Lansing was arrested on a warrant and on charges of not wearing a seat belt, aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, obstructing justice and resisting a peace officer at 9:10 p.m. Oct. 28 at East Interstate 88 and North Route 59.

A 21-year-old woman from Lansing was arrested on charges of illegal possession/transportation of liquor by a passenger, driving on an expired registration and resisting a peace officer at 9:18 p.m. Oct. 28 at East Interstate 88 and North Route 59.

A 21-year-old man from Des Plaines was arrested on a charge of burglary at 2:11 a.m. Oct. 29 in the 700 block of Inland Circle.

A 24-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a warrant at 11:50 a.m. Oct. 29 in the 200 block of Terrance Drive.
