Theft
Tyler Jacobs, 22, of Barrington, was issued an ordinance violation citation Aug. 5 for retail theft in the 1200 block of South Northwest Highway. Jacobs is scheduled to appear at Barrington Village Hall on Aug. 17.
There was a report Aug. 4 of theft in the 100 block of West Main Street.
Identity theft
There was a report Aug. 1 of identity theft in the 200 block of George Street.
Fraud
There was a report Aug. 3 of fraud in the 300 block of East Liberty Street.
Criminal damage to property
There was a report Aug. 3 of criminal damage to property in the 1400 block of Columbia Lane.
