La Grange Park Police have reported a rash of auto trespassing incidents early in the morning of August 9.
Four incidents of criminal trespass to vehicles occurred just after midnight. These incidents were concentrated in the 500 blocks North Ashland, Catherine, and Kensington avenues.

Nothing has yet been reported taken from the vehicles, but the incidents are being investigated and the department has increased patrols in the area.
In addition to advising residents to not leave valuables in their cars, make sure their cars are locked, and windows are rolled up, La Grange Park Police also stressed that people with garages should make sure the garages were locked and their exterior garage and home lights were on.
