Theodore Knapp Sassen, 18, of the 6400 block of Cape Cod Court, Lisle, was arrested on a charge of speeding at 2:11 a.m. July 31 at East 75th Street and Naper Boulevard.
Edgar J. Navarette, 24, of the 1100 block of Bonner Avenue, Aurora, was arrested on charges of not wearing a seat belt, unlawful use of a cell phone while operating a motor vehicle and driving on a suspended/revoked license at 1:11 p.m. July 31 at Ogden Avenue and Royal St. George Drive.

Mohammad Benbouziyane, 40, of the 200 block of T Street, Aurora, was arrested on charges of criminal trespass/remain on land, knowingly damaging property and resisting a peace officer at 1:22 p.m. July 31 in the first block of West Chicago Avenue.
Kevin Javier Agaton, 25, of the 600 block of North Meadows Boulevard, Addison, was arrested on charges of improper parking on a roadway, improper lighting/head or tail lights, public urination, driving under the influence of alcohol and illegal transportation of cannabis at 2:42 a.m. Aug. 1 at West Jefferson Avenue and Fort Hill Drive.
Emma Jane Hemsworth, 18, of the 200 block of Camden Court, Naperville, was arrested on a charge of speeding 35 mph over the limit at 1:36 a.m. July 31 at West 75th Street and Shepherd Drive.
