The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:
Ahmed Kathen Helu, 30, of the 2400 block of Sheehan Drive, Naperville, was arrested on a warrant at 9:46 a.m. July 20 at 95th Street and Gateshead Drive.
Patrick Francis Herron, 31, of the 1400 block of Brown Street, Des Plaines, was arrested on a warrant at 7:27 p.m. July 20 in the 2500 block of West 75th Street.
Joseph Nolan Quaranto, 20, of the 800 block of Sumter Court, Naperville, was arrested on charges of illegal lane usage, failure to reduce speed/driving too fast for conditions, driving under the influence of alcohol and possession of a controlled substance at 12:25 a.m. July 21 at West 75th Street and Modaff Road.
Donovan Locoque Smith, 23, of the 1400 block of Church Road, Aurora, was arrested as fugitive from justice at 5:23 p.m. July 21 in the 1600 block of Westminster Drive.
Cordell L. Sercye, 42, of the 1500 block of Fairway Drive, Naperville, was arrested on a warrant and on charges of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon/vehicle/criminal misdemeanor violation, driving on a suspended/revoked license, illegal transportation of cannabis and unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon at 7:11 p.m. July 21 at North Route 59 and West Diehl Road.
Michael Terrell Parker, 24, of the 1400 block of West Jefferson Avenue, Naperville, was arrested on a charge of violating the Concealed Carry Act at 10:23 p.m. July 21 in the 600 block of South Route 59.
David Michael Crowder, 42, of the 7800 block of South 78th Avenue, Bridgeview, was arrested on a warrant at 12:55 a.m. July 22 at Odyssey Avenue and Celebration Drive.
Salim Shaheed, 22, of the 6000 block of South Green Street, Chicago, was arrested on charges of illegal lane usage, disregarding a stop sign, aggravated unlawful use of a weapon/vehicle/criminal misdemeanor violation, failure to yield and illegal possession/transportation of liquor by a driver at 1:28 a.m. July 22 at Odyssey Avenue and Route 59.
