Daniel Hernandez Torres, 37, of the first block of 18th Avenue, Melrose Park, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane usage and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident at 1:37 a.m. July 16 after driving off the roadway and hitting a tree on the 200 block of Middaugh Road.
