Luis Alfonso Lupian, 36, of the 900 block of High Street, Aurora, was arrested on charges of driving on a suspended/revoked license and driving without insurance at 7:53 p.m. May 25 at Genesee Drive and North Aurora Road.

Fernando Chigo Toto, 24, of the 400 block of South Farnsworth Avenue, Aurora, was arrested on a warrant and charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and illegal possession/transportation of liquor by a driver at 10:22 p.m. May 26 in the first block of Bunting Lane.
Andrew P. Owens, 25, of the 30W60 block of Granada Court, Naperville, was arrested on charges of illegal lane usage, driving under the influence of alcohol and illegal transportation of cannabis at 12:16 a.m. May 27 at Ogden Avenue and River Road.
Tonious G. McIntire, 26, of the 6S200 block of Mariwood Court, Naperville, was arrested on a warrant at 2:01 a.m. May 27 in the 200 block of South Washington Street.
Chetna Tiwari, 50, of the 3100 block of Saganashkee Lane, Naperville, was arrested on charges of knowingly damaging property and resisting a peace officer at 5:59 p.m. May 27 in the 1300 block of South Route 59.
Janet C. Wright, 37, of the 400 block of Sherman Avenue, Aurora, was arrested on a warrant at 7:43 p.m. May 27 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.
