The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:
Alexander Luke Windham, 22, of the 7400 block of Nantucket Court, Hanover Park, was arrested on charges of illegal transportation of cannabis and possession of a controlled substance at 2:06 a.m. May 21 at North Washington Street and West Fifth Avenue.
Martwone Anthony Johnson Jr., 24, of the 500 block of Gregory Avenue, Glendale Heights, was arrested on charges of illegal transportation of cannabis by a passenger, illegal possession/transportation of liquor by a passenger and violation of the Concealed Carry Act at 2:06 a.m. May 21 at North Washington Street and West Fifth Avenue.
Kavari Dae Jon Allen, 24, of the 1100 block of Fulton Drive, Streamwood, was arrested on a warrant at 2:10 a.m. May 21 at East Benton Avenue and North Washington Street.
Robert Edward Quinn, 58, of the 1600 block of Brookdale Road, Naperville, was arrested on charges of illegal lane usage and driving under the influence of alcohol at 10:48 p.m. May 21 at South Washington Street and Worthing Drive.
Francisco Antonio Valerio, 35, of the 700 block of Bloomfield Lane, Aurora, was arrested on charges of defective side/rear/windshield, driving on an expired registration and title/registration possession offenses at 11:20 p.m. May 21 at North Aurora Road and North Route 59.
Deshawn D. Grant, 34, of the 6800 block of South Langley Avenue, Chicago, was arrested on a charge of driving with canceled, suspended or revoked registration at 1:38 p.m. May 22 at South Naper Boulevard and East 75th Street.
Takia Unique Moore, 25, of the 300 block of Elm Street, Itasca, was arrested on charges of driving without valid registration, new owner failure to secure registration and unlawful possession of title/registration documents at 1:39 p.m. May 22 at Millbrook Drive and Maplefield Road.
Jonathan Jamall Valentine, 25, of the 1200 block of West Hampton Street, Elmhurst, was arrested on charges of child restraint violation, carry/possession firearm, driving on a suspended/revoked license, illegal transportation of cannabis and driving without a valid registration at 5:46 p.m. May 23 at 75th Street and Woodword Avenue.
