Dylan L. Minton, 22, of the 1400 block of Superior Street, Aurora, was arrested on a warrant at 12:39 a.m. April 26 at North Aurora Road and North Route 59.
Mia Alexis Soppi, 18, of the 600 block of Hempstead Avenue, Naperville, was arrested on charges of simple battery and disorderly conduct at 12:02 p.m. April 27 in the 2300 block of 95th Street.
Brandon Sean McClelland, 35, of the 9300 block of South Essex Avenue, Chicago, was arrested on charges of theft/deception and using the credit card of another at 1:02 p.m. April 27 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.
Joshua Richard Kimbrough, 27, of the first block of North Mayfield Avenue, Chicago, was arrested on charges of illegal lane usage, aggravated DUI/no valid license, aggravated battery to a peace officer, disorderly conduct and driving on a suspended/revoked license at 2:38 p.m. April 27 at North Mill Street and West Ogden Avenue.
Jose Cruz De La Torre Jr., 43, of the 1700 block of Schubert Court, Glendale Heights, was arrested on a charge of violation of an order of protection at 4:58 p.m. April 27 in the 500 block of North County Farm Road, Wheaton.
Emily Lyubov Volk, 27, of the 17W100 block of 91st Street, Willowbrook, was arrested on charges of resisting a police officer and obstructing justice at 8:03 p.m. April 27 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.
Jasper McNeal, 30, of the 5300 block of West Monroe Street, Chicago, was arrested on a warrant and charges of improper lighting/head or tail lights, driving on a suspended/revoked license and driving without insurance at 9:11 p.m. April 27 at West Diehl Road and North Route 59.
Chelsea Denise Jones, 30, of the 500 block of Station Boulevard, Aurora, was arrested on charges of improper lane change without signal and DUI/alcohol at 9:49 p.m. April 27 at North Washington Street and East Ogden Avenue.
