Beyond me
I am a 78-year-old woman. The former administration was the worst in my lifetime. How anyone could vote for the former president after he made fun of a handicapped person, and said he could grab a woman by her crotch is beyond me. Hopefully, the former president will be convicted of the illegal things he has done in New York and Georgia, and he will not be able to run for president again. I am so glad that the current president cares for all the people in this country, and not just the rich ones.
ATV park?
I’m agreeing with the public as far as another golf range not being needed. So, how about this — let’s get Lake County an ATV park so all the ATV owners will have a place to ride instead of on the streets? Why let Wisconsin take in all the action? I’m sure Waukegan can find land sitting there unused and turn it into something useful. They can even have the Park District run it, with a fee of course. This can be done with the right people doing it.
Biggest mouth?
A new contest should be created to determine the sports figures with the biggest mouth orifice. This orifice would be measured after scoring points at a game. Dislocation of the lower jaw would disqualify the athlete.
Fewer crybabies
To those who blame POTUS for high gas prices and all their other problems, here is a solution: Drive less, walk more or ride a bike. Or, cut down on lottery tickets, sodas, chips, cigarettes and sundries. Stop complaining and playing the victim. Think of positive solutions for yourself. We need lots more positive doers, and way fewer crybabies.
Fight back
The moderate Democrats are deluded if they believe the propaganda of the extreme left wing of their party. That young extreme left wing is just waiting for the older moderates to die off. They have already put you out to pasture. Pretty soon will come the culling, like a flock of chickens in the midst of bird flu. I have read recently that the Democratic Party vanished in 2020. It was absorbed by hard-left ideologues who want to force radical equality-of-result agendas that otherwise do not earn majority support. These extreme radicals change meanings of words. “Racist” now means “Don’t dare object.” “Diversity” means “Tired orthodoxy.” “Equity” is a synonym for “bias.” As the country collapses under leftist nihilism, the revolution’s last gasp is to fully destroy Trump. So, moderate Democrats, do you really want to remain part of the “new tent” Democrats who are bringing Blitzkrieg-like destruction on the country and party you used to love? It’s time for all true Americans to stand up, fight back and don’t let the leftists take what our fathers fought wars for, worked hard and paid for.
Reward good drivers
People today do not know how to drive. It is insane driving today, just be on your guard. Be a defensive driver and worry about yourself. But if we are not going to pull people over for minor infractions, how about giving people a $100 bill or some reward for following traffic laws? Use a turn signal, come to complete stop at a stop sign and have valid insurance, and your registration gets renewed free of charge from the state? Reward good drivers.
