Motor Vehicle Theft
A 2017 KIA was stolen from the 1100 block of Hull Terrace on April 7.
A 2020 KIA was stolen from the 800 block of Brummel Street on April 10.
A 2012 Hyundai was stolen from the 3300 block of Park Place it was reported on April 20 but later recovered.
A 2015 KIA was stolen from the 1100 block of Florence Avenue it was reported on April 9.
A 2006 Land Rover was stolen from the 2000 block of Warren Street it was reported on April 14.
A 2001 Toyota with a key inside was stolen from the 2400 block of Oakton Street on April 16.
A 2005 Hyundai was stolen from the 200 block of Wesley Avenue on April 17 but later recovered.

Attempted Motor Vehicle Thefts
There was an attempt to steal a 2014 Toyota from the100 block of Clyde Avenue it was reported on April17 by damaging the steering column.
There was an attempt to steal a 2016 KIA from the 300 block of Custer Avenue on April 16 by damaging the steering column.
There was an attempt to steal a 2013 KIA from the 900 block of Washington Street by peeling the steering column on April 7.
There was an attempt to steal a 2020 KIA from the 1000 block of Wesley Avenue by peeling the steering column on April 7.
Aggravated Assault
There was an aggravated assault in the 600 block of Oakton Street on April 19 in which the offender threatened the victim with a knife. No injuries were reported.
Residential Burglary
A television and clothes were stolen from a building in the 300 block of Dempster Street on April 20.
Battery
Jourdan L. Kennedy, 24, of the 1100 block of Fowler Avenue, Evanston, was charged with battery in the 1100 block of Fowler Avenue on April 19.
Linda M. Khatib, 56, of the 1600 block of Foster Street, Evanston, was charged with battery in the 800 block of Dodge Avenue on April 17.
Aggravated Battery
Myron D. Coleman, 47, of the 2600 block of Ridge Avenue was charged with aggravated battery in the 2600 block of Ridge Avenue on April 18.
Javonni M. Reid, 24, of the 1900 block of Jackson Avenue, Evanston, was charged with aggravated assault in the 1100 block of Dodge Avenue on April 15.
DUI
Julian E. Brooks, 32, of the 600 block of Mendota Lane, Romeoville, was charged with DUI in the 600 block of Michigan Avenue on April 14.
Domestic Battery
Jemehl Andres Davenport, 35, of the 600 block of Mulford Street, Evanston, was charged with domestic battery in the 600 block of Mulford Street on April 15.
Felipe G. Hernandez, 28, of the 1400 block of Pitner Avenue, Evanston, was charged with domestic battery in the 1400 block of Pitner Avenue on April 8.
Taiwan L. Young, 39, of the 2100 block of Darrow Avenue, Evanston, was charged with domestic battery and assault at University Place and Maple Avenue on April 16.
Assault
Victor T. Davison, 23, of the 200 block of West 105th Street, Chicago, was charged with assault in the 1200 block of Emerson Street on April 14.
Jose M. Vazquez, 29 and homeless, was charged with assault at University Place and Maple Avenue on April 16.
Drugs
Kimani Hairston-El, 41, of the 9900 block of Linda Lane, Des Plaines, was charged with possession of a controlled substance in the 2000 block of West Howard Street on April 17.
Man With a Gun
There was a reported man with gun in the 1100 block of Hartrey Avenue on April 11 but responding officers did not find anything.
There was a reported man with gun at Greenleaf Street and Dodge Avenue on April 8 but responding officers did not find anything.

There was an aggravated robbery in the 1700 block of Payne Street on April 11 in which the offender displayed a weapon and demanded the victim’s money. No injuries were reported.
