Amendment abuse: Currently the Illinois ban on assault weapons is being challenged as to its constitutionality. Those who currently own or support these types of weapons base this on the Second Amendment that was written well before the creation of what is considered an assault weapon. Although it does allow arming the public, it has lead to a dismal purpose for their ownership and abuse. What’s the purpose of ownership?

Dire results predicted: Do you know what new Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson plans to fight crime by bringing in social workers instead of cops in heavy crime areas will bring? A lot of dead social workers and pleas from good residents for police help, just like other progressive-governed cities.

This is insane: I read the article concerning banning assault weapons with sorrow in my heart, tears in my eyes and anger in my mind! Except in times and places of active war against the United States, no decent, sane human being should ever want to allow the use of horrible assault weapons in our cities. Why are we warring against our each other, our own people? Assault weapons were made to be used against known enemies in other countries, not to take the lives of innocent loved ones who have a right to live the life that God has given them.

Right to breathe: The government banned secondhand tobacco smoke for public health reasons. However, the geniuses in Springfield, including Pritzker, are silent on the deadly poisonous, toxic effects of secondhand marijuana smoke on humans and animals. When are people going to stand up and say enough is enough? What about the right to breathe clear air? Nobody has the right to take that away from us.

Pros and cons: Since the dawn of civilization, myths have been a very powerful force around the world. Positively, myths can offer societies identity, purpose, meaning, order and hope. Negatively, myths can lead to ignorance, obedience, rejection.

Shame on them: Ladies Professional Golf Association players who left the PGA tour for money are considered scabs who abandoned their fellow PGA players. They were millionaires already, only greed was her choice. When walking down the fairway, they should keep their head down so nobody recognizes them.

Educate yourself: I am so tired of seeing posts from people about it’s terrible someone said defund the police when they have absolutely no idea what it means. Educate yourself, people, then maybe your posts would make sense.
