Stupidest thing I’ve ever seen
Long Grove is the joke of the country with this covered bridge thing. I’ve never seen such stupidity in my life. All they have to do is raise the thing so it’s legal height. And if they want to put a swinging sign underneath it or a picture or something, at least it wouldn’t get damaged. This is ridiculous. You guys are a joke. It’s a roadway into the town, for God’s sake. Take the bridge down, for all I care. That’s ridiculous. Don’t even report on this. This is the stupidest thing I’ve ever seen.
Save our country
I hate to think that Americans have lost the will to do something about our national gun problem. The GOP seems to think that the right to own a gun is more important than the lives of our children. Our national obsession to own guns has turned into a cancer, and it is weakening every aspect of our society. More guns in the hands of kids, and people who don’t know how to handle their fear or anger. If you want to do something about gun violence, vote more Democrats into office and save our country.
You can’t fix stupid
In Washington D.C., crime is up 67%. The crime bill was sent to President Biden for his approval to help the police fight crime. President Biden vetoed the bill. I guess you can’t fix stupid. Let’s vote this idiot out of office.
Kill the cartels
The cartels have been kidnapping and killing Americans crossing into Mexico. I think it’s about time the United States military goes down and kills the cartels. That would get rid of a major problem and President Biden, if you had any backbone, would give it the OK.
It will happen to you
What they’re doing to Trump is a bunch of bull. Lies, lies and more lies, but then again our country is doomed besides Trump. This is a prime example — and it will not be the first and it will not be the last — because this country has set up presidents, and this can happen to you people on the Democratic side. And it will happen to you.
This is getting crazy
This is in regards to “Shoot it down”: I don’t care if Bruce Jenner had the surgery or not. He’s still, by biology, a man. He will never be a woman. And you’ve got nothing better to do but install two types of toilets in the bathrooms. What is this country coming to? And this stuff is going on right here in Illinois. Don’t you think it’s time when you go to the polls to maybe consider voting Republican and stop this craziness? This is getting crazy.
Run, fight, hide
If the Republicans are pro-life, why don’t they wear pictures of babies on their lapels instead of long guns? Obviously, they’re promoting mass shootings, not pro-life. When is it enough? We teach our kids in schools: run, fight, hide. A 9-year old is supposed to fight off somebody with an AR-15?
