.Indictment not surprise
The reason we have the first ex-president indicted should be no surprise. The surprise is actually that the Republicans made him their candidate, and he sneaked into office with the lesser number of real votes, but a sufficient number of Electoral College votes. A bigger surprise is that he is the leading personality to be the presidential candidate again.
Dream walk
Trump said he dreams of a perp walk. Well so do I.
Very sad
It’s very sad what the U.S. has come to. It’s quite obvious if everybody had a gun, we’d be much safer. There’d be fewer gun deaths. If we eliminate guns, then we’d have a lot more gun-related deaths. MAGA.
Do something positive
The slam against Greta Thunberg really angers me. That young lady has courageously done more for environmental awareness than anyone else in recent history. Earth Day is April 22. Do something positive about it.
Get your facts straight
To the Democrat who wrote “They will cheat” in regards to the failures of Silicon Valley Bank and Signature Bank: It was not deregulation that made these banks fail, but large and rapid increases in interest rates by the Federal Reserve. The chief investment officers and chief risk officers at both banks were asleep at the wheel and failed to hedge against the rapid risk in interest rates, which made their government treasuries worth less as interest rates rose. Please get your facts straight before tossing out ridiculous allegations about a subject you obviously know nothing about.
You can’t take it with you
I’m not a fan of this current administration, but good grief put the blame of these train derailments where they belong — the Trump administration. He rolled back regulations on just about everything, including transportation and infrastructure, causing all kinds of havoc happening in this country. We need regulations in order to keep this country safe. But Trump and all the greedy people in this country just care about the almighty dollar. Right here, right now. They don’t care that their children and grandchildren will suffer in the future as long as they are enjoying their expensive toys. Hello all you “richies,” you can’t take it with you.
Crazier than I thought you were
This is to all you Republicans out there who have been calling Talk of the County for the last five or six years saying how great Fox News is: Now you have the truth. Do you have the mental capacity to accept what they have told you? They have told you they were lying to you. They said they told you that they were lying to you so they could make more money. Do you believe what they’re telling you? Yes, or no? Because if you say no, then you are crazier than I thought you were.
You’ve got to be nuts
I was just listening to one of the mayors in one of the small towns that’s been devastated in Mississippi. He said with God’s grace and mercy, they’re going to get through this. Hey, let me bring you up to speed, dummy. God’s grace and mercy is not going to help you. If it was God’s grace and mercy, he would not have allowed that to have happened. He’s not going to jump out of the sky and help you people. This is a fallacy that is just stunning, but I hear all the time. If you think I’m not telling the truth, look what’s going on in the Middle East. Look what’s going on in Jerusalem. God’s not even looking after his kid’s hometown, and you expect him to fall out of the sky with his mercy and his grace to fix a little town in Mississippi. You’ve got to be nuts, man.
