Brooklyn T. Franklin, 26, of the 200 block of East Catamen, Mishawaka, Indiana, was arrested on charges of burglary and retail theft at 9:08 p.m. March 22 in the 2100 block of City Gate Lane.
Arlene Theresa Shoemaker, 65, of the 1700 block of West Downer Place, Aurora, was arrested on charges of driving in the wrong lane, illegal lane usage, failure to give right-of-way to an emergency vehicle, driving on the wrong side of the way/divided road and DUI/alcohol at 10:58 p.m. March 22 at West 75th Street and Rickert Drive.
Darnell Milton Brandon Fletcher, 26, of the 2700 block of Cripple Creek Court, Naperville, was arrested on charges of unlawful use of a weapon, unlawful use of cannabis by a driver and unlawful possession of ammunition at 6 p.m. March 24 at Ogden Avenue and 75th Street in Aurora.
Nicholas Evan Petty, 36, of the first block of Spyglass Court, Naperville, was arrested on a charge of driving on a suspended/revoked license at 12:40 a.m. March 25 in the 700 block of Inland Circle.
Douglas James Blomquist, 20, of the 16600 block of West Meadow Hill Lane, Lockport, was arrested on charges of DUI/alcohol, consumption of alcohol by a minor, illegal possession/transportation of liquor by a driver and unlawful use of license/permit at 1:55 a.m. March 25 in the 400 block of South Brainard Street.

Christopher Ryan Blake, 41, of the 900 block of East Bailey Road, Naperville, was arrested on charges of disobeying a traffic control device and DUI/alcohol at 3:55 p.m. March 25 at South Washington Street and Ring Road.
Krystal M. Lacy, 24, of the 200 block of South Prospect Avenue, Clarendon Hills, was arrested on a warrant at 7:13 p.m. March 25 in the 700 block of Royal St. George Drive.
Fabian Almodovar, 32, of the 1400 block of Windflower Court, Romeoville, was arrested on charges of illegal transportation of cannabis, transportation an open alcoholic beverage and driving without insurance at 5:18 a.m. March 26 in the 1400 block of Duquesne Avenue.

Williams, 43, of the 1700 block of South King Drive, Chicago, was arrested on charges of driving without insurance, driving without a valid license/permit, driving without valid registration and unlawful possession of title/registration at 8:32 p.m. March 26 at West Diehl Road and North Route 59.
