Theft
Chrishon Greenwood, 25, of the 2900 block of South State Street, Chicago, was arrested at Chicago Police Department Headquarters for retail theft March 7, police said.
Damage to City property
David Rosales, 38, of the 1900 block of Woodlawn Avenue, Park Ridge, was arrested at the Park Ridge police department March 7 for damage to city property, leaving the scene of an accident, failing to reduce speed to avoid an accident, driving off the roadway and failing to report an accident to police.
Speeding
Ivan Melchor, 26, of the 7700 block of West Higgins Road, Chicago, was arrested March 10 for speeding 26-34 mph over the speed limit at the intersection of Higgins Road and Prospect Avenue, police said.
Domestic Battery
Tyler Santore, 18, of the 300 block of South Western Avenue, Park Ridge, was arrested March 11 for domestic battery at his residence, police said.
Other traffic violations
Janusz Tylek, 62, of the 2200 block of Nichols Road, Arlington Heights, was arrested March 11 at the Park Ridge Police Department for reckless driving, driving too fast for conditions and failure to exercise due care for pedestrians, police said.
Scott Dewitt, 46, of the 0-100 block of South Home Avenue, Park Ridge, was arrested March 12 at Chicago Police Department Headquarters for failing to reduce speed to avoid an accident and leaving the scene of an accident, police said.
Burglary
An unknown offender entered an unlocked service door of a garage on the 900 block of South Cumberland Avenue March 3, accessed a 2011 Honda CRV and rummaged through the vehicle, police said. Nothing was taken, police said.

An unknown woman was seen March 6 forcibly entering a mailroom to a building on the 170 block of North Northwest Highway and removing packages from the room, then entering the parking garage and trying door handles before fleeing the scene, police said.
An unknown subject accessed a 2011 Acura MDX parked on the 1700 block of Greendale Avenue overnight between March 6 and March 7, police said, and a wallet with $10 in cash, an ID and a bank card were taken.
Three unknown subjects in black accessed a residence on the 1300 block of Prospect Avenue and left muddy footprints throughout the home, which appeared to have been rummaged through, police said.
An unknown subject on March 9 forced open the back door to a residence on the 200 block of Albion Avenue and ransacked the home, taking a silverware set and a phone and turning the bedrooms upside down, police said.
Theft
An unknown male subject seen tampering with a crosswalk sign fled the scene with a sign March 5, police said.
Criminal damage
An unknown subject shattered the rear passenger side window of a 2022 Jeep Wrangler and the front passenger side window of a 2019 Nissan Kick, both parked on the 100 block of South Chester Avenue, police said. Nothing was taken, police said.
Criminal trespass
An unknown male subject attempted to enter a locked Jeep parked on the 700 block of South Avenue but was not successful, then entered a vehicle parked in the driveway and was picked up in a small red car, police said.
Suspicious circumstances
An unknown male subject dressed as a construction worker entered a home on the 100 block of Wisner Street but was later found not to be part of the contracting company renovating the home, police said.
