The following items were taken from the Evanston Police Department bulletin. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt.

Vehicle Theft

A 2011 Chevrolet was stolen from the 700 block of Reba Place it was reported on Feb. 11.

A 2019 KIA was stolen from the 700 block of Case Street it was reported on Feb. 10 but was later recovered in Chicago.

A 2008 Chevrolet was stolen from the 1800 block of Grey Avenue on Feb. 15.

A 2019 KIA was stolen from the 600 block of Brummel Street on Feb. 10.

A 2020 KIA was stolen from the 300 block of Custer Avenue it was reported on Feb. 14.

A 2019 Hyundai was stolen from the 300 block of Custer Avenue it was reported on Feb. 21.

A 2016 Mazda left running was stolen from the 500 block of Sheridan Road on Feb. 19.

A 2011 Toyota left running was stolen from the 800 block of Church Street on Feb. 18.

A 2014 KIA was stolen from the 1000 block of Dewey Avenue on Feb. 20.

A 2015 KIA was stolen from the 600 block of Mulford Street it was reported on Feb. 18.

A 2018 Hyunda was stolen from the 300 block of Hamilton Street it was reported on Feb. 23.

A 2011 Toyota left running was stolen from the 800 block of Church Street on Feb. 18 but was later recovered in Lincolnwood.

A 2016 KIA was stolen from the 1000 block of Darrow Avenue it was reported on Feb. 24.

A 2018 Chevrolet rented in the 1600 block of Orrington Avenue on Feb. 14 was not returned and was reported stolen.

A 2017 Jeep was stolen from the 2200 block of Grant Street it was reported on Feb. 21.

A 2019 Hyundai was stolen from the 2100 block of Asbury Avenue it was reported on Feb. 22.

A 2019 KIA was stolen from the 300 block of Sherman Avenue it was reported on Feb. 7

Attempted Vehicle Theft

There was an attempt to steal a 2020 Nissan from the 1600 block of 1600 block of Orrington Avenue by breaking a window and peeling the steering column. But the attempt was unsuccessful.

There was an attempt to steal a 2009 Toyota from the 2400 block of Howard Street on Feb. 20. One of the vehicles windows was broken but the vehicle was not taken.

There was an attempt to steal a 2020 Hyundai from the 1600 block of Orrington Avenue it was reported on Feb. 22. One of the vehicle’s windows was broken and the steering column was damaged but the car was not taken.

There was an attempt to steal a 2012 KIA from the 1800 block of Hinman Avenue it was reported on Feb. 20. One of the vehicle’s window was broken and the steering column was damaged but the car was not taken.

There was an attempt to steal a 2019 Kia from the 700 block of Mulford Street on Feb. 7. One of the vehicle’s windows was broken and the steering column was damaged but the car was not taken.

There was an attempt to steal a 2012 KIA from the 200 block of Callan Avenue it was reported on Feb. 19. One of the vehicle’s windows was broken and the steering column was damaged but the car was not taken.

There was an attempt to steal a KIA from the 200 block of Callan Avenue on Feb 19. One of the vehicles windows was broken and the steering column peeled but the vehicle was not stolen.

Trespass

Lamar Asim McNiel, 21 and homeless, was charged with trespass in the 2100 block of Sheridan Road on Feb. 23.

Steven E. Langman, 54 and homeless, was charged with criminal trespass in the 300 block of Ridge Avenue on Feb. 22.

Aggravated Assault

Mickey L. Burnaine, 48, of the 1200 block of Elmwood Avenue, Evanston, was charged with aggravated assault in the 1200 block of Elmwood Avenue on Feb. 22.

Violation of an Order of Protection

George W. Lytle, 77, of the 1000 block of Grove Street, Evanston, was charged with violation of an order of protection in the 1400 block of Pitner Avenue on Feb. 21.

Burglary

Garrett A. Wright, 50, of the 1900 block of Asbury Avenue, Evanston, was charged with burglary in the 1400 block of Lyons Street on Feb. 20.

Aggravated Assault

Maulana Craine, 35, of the 1400 block of Grey Avenue, Evanston, was charged with aggravated assault in the 1600 block of Dodge Avenue on Feb. 17.

Domestic Battery

Christopher C. Brown, 19, of the 100 block of Clyde Avenue, Evanston, was charged with domestic battery in the 100 block of Clyde Avenue on Feb. 17.

Battery

Zahara Ahmed, 20, of the 5100 block of North Western Avenue, Chicago, was charged with battery in the 2200 block of Foster Street on Feb. 19.

Tiara S. Ousley, 29 and homeless, was charged with battery in the 700 block of Church Street on Feb. 12.

Zackariah J. Hunter, 37, of the 2100 block of Dewey Avenue, Evanston, was charged with battery in the 1500 block of Ridge Avenue on Feb. 23.

Home Invasion

There was a home invasion in the 1400 block of Greenleaf Avenue on Feb. 12 in which three masked men entered a residence. The homeowner stated that he shoved one of the subjects and they fled the residence.

Drugs

Tychia L. Davis, 38, of the 00 block of Helen Drive, Palatine, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia in the 3500 block of Dempster Street on Feb. 7.

Drugs and Unlawful Use of a Weapon

Emil M. Evans, 29, of the 2000 block of Emerson Street, Evanston, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of a weapon in the 2000 block of Emerson Street on Feb. 9.

Aggravated Assault

Alexandria N. Brown, 26, of the 1100 block of Dewey Avenue, Evanston, was charged with aggravated assault in the 2300 block of Foster Street on Feb. 14.

Unlawful Use of a Weapon

Denise A. Gaines, 35, of the 2100 block of Dewey Avenue, Evanston, was charged with unlawful use of a weapon in the 900 block of Foster Street on Feb. 11.

Assault

Rakeem Oliphant-Guerrier, 27, of the 3500 block of West North Avenue, Chicago, was charged with assault in the 100 block of North State Street in Chicago on Feb. 9.

Residential Burglary

A package was stolen from a residence in the 200 block of Kedzie Street on Feb. 9.

Jewelry was stolen from a residence in the 200 block of Dodge Avenue it was reported on Feb. 13.

A package was stolen from a residential building in the 1300 block of Dodge Avenue on Feb. 21.
