The following items were taken from area police department reports and releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt.

Darien

Domestic battery

Martel Green, 35, of the 300 block of Stephens Street, Lemont, was charged with two counts of domestic battery, at 10:02 p.m. Feb. 6.

Amelia Evans, 30, of the 6100 block of S. Sacramento Avenue, Chicago, was charged with domestic battery at 7:46 p.m. Feb. 8.

Traffic violations

Melissa Dodson, 41, of the 5100 block of 90th Street, Oak Lawn, was charged with driving while license suspended, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and issued a warning for improper turn signal, at 8:56 a.m. Feb. 7.

David Cole, 42, of the 900 block of North Frontage Road, Darien, was charged with driving while license suspended and operating uninsured motor vehicle, at 3:14 a.m. Feb. 10.

DUI

James Haupt, 47, of the 1800 block of Main Street, Hometown, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while license suspended, driving without registration light and operate uninsured motor vehicle, at 3:11 a.m. Feb. 9.

Ryan Kennedy, 29, of the 1800 block of W. Lawrence Avenue, Chicago, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, transportation or possession of open alcohol by driver, failure to carry driver’s license on person while operating a motor vehicle, disobeyed traffic control signal and improper lane usage, at 11:54 p.m. Feb. 12.

Armed robbery

Police were dispatched to the 8400 block of Creekside Lane for a report of an armed robbery at 6:30 p.m. Feb. 9. The victim told police that at 6 p.m. after delivering a package and walking back to the victim’s vehicle, the victim was approached by two male offenders wearing face masks holding a firearm demanding packages. The victim told the offenders there were no items left in the vehicle. The offenders were last seen northbound Creekside Lane. No other information is available at this time.

At 8:06 p.m. Feb. 9, officers were dispatched to the 1100 block of 75th street for a report of an armed robbery. The victim stated he left Q-Bar on foot and was northbound Cass Avenue. The victim said a Black male and a Hispanic male, both wearing hoodies, ran up behind the victim and demanded his belongings. The Black male placed a handgun in victim’s back and took the victim’s wallet. The offenders fled in a white Toyota and were last seen traveling east on 79th Street. No other information is available at this time.

Retail theft

Candace Daniel-Page, 38, of the 8400 block Meadowbrook Drive, Burr Ridge, was charged with retail theft, at 2:13 a.m. Feb. 11.
