They want to shoot down our stuff
Can you believe China? Can you believe they may retaliate because we shot down their balloons flying over American airspace? What if it would have been the other way around? Do you think China would have applauded, and waited for us gleefully. Just know they want to shoot down our stuff — our satellites, our balloons. Whatever we put in their territory, they will shoot down. The nerve of the Chinese to think that we were just going to sit there and wait.
Another Detroit
Watching the race for Chicago mayor, I feel the need to speak out. Chicago is the third-largest city in the U.S. As most big cities go, they become more and more urban, where the poor flock to them. It becomes dangerous, but typical when more and more welfare funds go to citizens who do not work, have no intention to work and live off welfare. Don’t think Chicago can’t become another Detroit, when all you have left are gangbangers.

This is in reply to the idiot who wrote, “Costly afterlife of Trump’s war.” What a pack of garbage and lies. I’ve got to hand it to you, though. You’re a very creative writer, but you write nothing but lies. You also have to keep the policies that Trump put in place in force. And we all know Biden didn’t do that. The first day in the White House, what did he do? He wouldn’t fund the border wall anymore. He wouldn’t send them more help. He gets on TV and announces: Come one, come all from around the world. Well, of course, they are. Trump had it down to about 200 a day, not 20,000. I never read such garbage, and lies, and fantasies in my life. You people are unreal.

I had to call Animal Control out because there was a dead squirrel with its head cut off up against my garage door. I would just like to compliment them for their fast, professional, courteous and very good service. Just a short time after I called, they came out and picked it up and took it away. I’m a senior citizen. Sometimes, you know, there are people that do good that are professional. In Talk of the County, they’re always complaining about this and that, but this is a compliment to the city of Waukegan. Thank you so much.
