The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:
Vytautas Karvelis, 50, of the 4500 block of Beau Monde Drive, Lisle, was arrested on a warrant at 5:59 p.m. Feb. 7 at West Diehl Road and North Mill Street.
Tajohn Johnson, 19, of the 2000 block of South 12th Avenue, Maywood, was arrested on a warrant and on charges of aggravated unlawful use of weapons and driving without a valid license/permit at 9:25 p.m. Feb. 7 at Aurora Avenue and South Route 59.
Tamia L. Sanford, 18, of the 100 block of North Sleight Street, Naperville, was arrested on a warrant at 9:39 p.m. Feb. 7 in the 100 block of North Sleight Street.
Mancilla Bisai, 34, of the 5400 block of South Spaulding Avenue, Chicago, was arrested on charges driving on a suspended revoked license, driving without insurance and no insurance/operator under suspension at 11:07 a.m. Feb. 8 at North Route 59 and Brookdale Road.
Christopher Howland Finck, 55, of the 300 block of West Jefferson Avenue, Naperville, was arrested on charges of speeding 26 to 35 mph over the limit, not wearing a seat belt, DUI/alcohol and illegal possession/transportation of liquor by a driver at 12:52 p.m. Feb. 8 at North Washington Avenue and East 8th Avenue.
Taleigha L. Dandridge, 18, of the 1900 block of Hamilton Court, Plainfield, was arrested on charges of fighting and disorderly conduct/breach of peace at 2:43 p.m. Feb. 8 in the 2300 block of 95th Street.
Taylah V. Hughes, 18, of the 2800 block of Verna Lane, Naperville, was arrested on charges of fighting and disorderly conduct/breach of peace at 2:43 p.m. Feb. 8 in the 2300 block of 95th Street.
Arjun Soi, 38, of the 1500 block of Fairway Drive, Naperville, was arrested on a charge of retail theft at 5:17 p.m. Feb. 8 in the 2500 block of West 75th Street.
