Apryl Rogan, 30, of the 1400 block of W. Glen Avenue, Peoria, was charged with driving while license suspended, improper lane usage and a valid failure to appear warrant from Will County, at 12:55 a.m. Jan. 16.
David Mukenschnabl, 34, of the 300 block of Belmont Drive, Romeoville, was charged with driving while license suspended, operate motor vehicle with a suspended registration, operate uninsured motor vehicle and driving with expired registration, at 9:30 p.m. Jan. 17.
Ashanti Hines, 30, of the 8000 block S. Burnham Avenue, Chicago, was charged with driving while license suspended, operate uninsured motor vehicle, speeding and failure to carry driver’s license on person, at 10:47 p.m. Jan. 22.
Drugs
Jonathan Noriega, 23, of the 500 block of Cornelia Street, Joliet, was charged with driving while license suspended, operate uninsured motor vehicle, no valid registration, no registration on vehicle front and transportation or possession of open alcohol by driver, at 12:47 a.m. Jan. 18. Also charged in the incident was Laura Gutierrez, 25, of the same address, with possession of cannabis and possession of a controlled substance.
Theft
Trent Grady, 52, of the 400 block of Potomac Road, Radcliff, Kansas, was charged with one count of felony retail theft, at 1:39 p.m. Jan. 18.
Possession of cannabis by a driver
Javier Sallade, 23, of the 16400 block of Patricia Avenue, Tinley Park, was charged with driving with expired license plates and unlawful possession of cannabis by driver, at 4:39 p.m. Jan. 19.
Obstructing
Terrence Thomas, 20, of the 300 block of S. West Avenue, Elmhurst, was charged with resisting an officer, obstructing identification and attempted criminal damage to government property, at 12:44 a.m. Jan. 21.

Domestic battery
Ellezer Torres, 49, of the 7600 block of Orchard Lane, Woodridge, was charged with domestic battery, at 8:35 p.m. Jan. 21.
William Schulz, 49, of the 1500 block of Darien Lake Drive, Darien, was charged with two counts of domestic battery, at 1:55 p.m. Jan. 22.
DUI
Justin Williams, 25, of the 01-100 block of W 59th Street, Westmont, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding and improper passing of an emergency vehicle, at 3:22 a.m. Jan. 22.
