THEFT
Unspecified jewelry items were reported stolen Jan. 11 from a residence on the 1300 block of Asbury Avenue with the theft believed to have occurred between Oct. 5 and Nov. 14, police said. The financial loss exceeded $5,000.
DECEPTIVE PRACTICES
An individual reported Jan. 10 personal information was used to open a cellular telephone company account, police said. The financial loss exceeded $5,000.
