Andrew Philip Lumm, 50, of the 500 block of De Lasalle Avenue, Naperville, was arrested on charges of speeding, DUI/alcohol and illegal possession/transportation of liquor by a driver at 1:01 a.m. Jan. 15 at South Washington Street and Bunting Lane.

Melvin Jimmerson, 59, of the 200 block of Washington Avenue, Battle Creek, Michigan, was arrested on charges of making an improper U-turn, driving on a suspended/revoked license and driving without insurance at 1:03 a.m. Jan. 15 at West Diehl Road and North Route 59.
Dontrell L. Rush, 30, of the 14500 block of South Hoxie Avenue, Chicago, was arrested on a warrant at 6 a.m. Jan. 15 at South Naper Boulevard and East Bailey Road.
Nicholas Michael Whitney, 19, of the 2300 block of Lehman Drive, West Chicago, was arrested on a charge of criminal trespass to land at 1:05 p.m. Jan. 15 in the 3300 block of Odyssey Court.
Nikhil Alexander Jain, 19, of the 3N400 block of East Laura Ingalls Wilder Road, Saint Charles, was arrested on a charge of criminal trespass to land at 1:05 p.m. Jan. 15 in the 3300 block of Odyssey Court.
Tammy Masau, 41, of the 800 block of Benedetti Drive, Naperville, was arrested on a warrant and on a charge of driving without a valid license/permit at 6:05 p.m. Jan. 15 at West Ogden Avenue and North River Road.
Kavon Kashif Edwards, 32, of the 200 block of Fairway Drive, Naperville, was arrested on charges of driving on a suspended/revoked license, no insurance/operator under suspension and driving without insurance at 10:02 p.m. Jan. 15 at North Route 59 and East Interstate 88.
Solomon M. Marshall, 21, of the 3400 block of Fulton Boulevard, Chicago, was arrested on a warrant and on a charge of theft/all other larceny at 3:53 p.m. Jan. 16 in the 400 block of Park Avenue, River Forest.
Melvin Louis Wilson Jr., 40, of the 25500 block of River Oaks Drive, Warrenville, was arrested on a charge of driving on a suspended/revoked license at 1:22 a.m. Jan. 17 at East Interstate 88 and North Route 59.
