Outstanding warrant
Andres Villamarin Chambo, 30, of the 4200 block of North Bloomington Avenue, Arlington Heights, was charged Dec. 16 following an incident at the intersection of West Lake Cook and North Arlington Heights roads. It was confirmed with the Naperville Police Dept. that Villamarin Chambo has an outstanding warrant and is scheduled to appear in DuPage County court Jan. 24 in Wheaton.
DUI
Alfred Jenzeh, 49, of the 20000 block of North Celia Avenue, Prairie View, was charged Dec. 18 with aggravated driving under the influence – violation for the third or subsequent time and aggravated DUI – during the period when driving privileges are revoked or suspended as a result of DUI/reckless homicide following an incident at Lake Cook and McHenry roads. Jenzeh was scheduled to appear in court Jan. 4 in Waukegan.
Jorge Pascual-Vazquez, 39, of the 400 block of Inland Road, Wheeling, was charged Dec. 18 with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a BAC of .08 or more following an incident near 1400 East Lake Cook Road. Pascual-Vazquez was scheduled to appear in court Jan. 11 in Waukegan.
Francisco Rivera, 21, of the 1500 block of Norway Lane, Palatine, was charged Dec. 20 with operating an uninsured motor vehicle, illegal transportation of alcoholic liquor, driving under the influence of alcohol and with DUI under the combined influence of alcohol, other drugs, intoxicating compounds during an incident near the 1000 block of Alden Lane. Rivera was scheduled to appear in court Jan. 4 in Waukegan.
Possession of a controlled substance
Dmytro Shymko, 20, of the 1000 block of Chatham Place, Vernon Hills, was charged Dec. 30 with possession of a controlled substance in the 100 block of North Buffalo Grove Road. Shymko was scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 31 in Waukegan.
Moving violation
Christian Holmes, 26, of the 1600 block of Glenn, North Chicago, was charged Dec. 28 with driving on A suspended driver’s license following an incident in the 1100 block of North McHenry Road. Holmes was scheduled to appear in court Jan. 13 in Mundelein.
Dejuan Laderrick Bertha, 25, of the 400 block of Orchard Street, Fox River Grove, was charged Jan. 3 with driving on a suspended driver’s license following an incident at the intersection of Lake Cook and Arlington Heights roads. Bertha is scheduled to appear in court Feb. 10 in Mundelein.
Theft
There was a report of theft Dec. 16 in the 100 block of North McHenry Road. Personal items were stolen from an unlocked vehicle.
There was a report of retail theft Jan. 1 in the first block of North Buffalo Grove Road.
There was a report of motor vehicle theft Dec. 30 in the 100 block of Buckingham Lane. Later the same evening, the stolen vehicle was found in Waukegan and towed back to Buffalo Grove.
Residential burglary
There was a report of residential burglary Dec. 30 in the 400 block of Ferndale Court. The victim reported personal items were taken from the garage.
There was a report of residential burglary and criminal damage to property Dec. 30 in the 2500 block of Waterbury Lane.
Criminal damage to property
There was a report of criminal damage to property Jan. 2 in the 700 block of Golfview Terrace while vehicles were parked in the driveway.
