DUI

Nelson Amaya Campos, 34, of the 2600 block of West Cornelia Avenue in Waukegan was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, illegal transportation of alcohol and illegal stopping after a traffic stop Jan 7. He was arrested following a traffic stop in the 2000 block of Waukegan Road. He was released on bond and is scheduled to appear in Cook County Court Feb. 3 in Skokie.

Jeison Jacobo-Martinez, 29, of the 100 block of Blackhawk Drive in Park Forest was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane usage and driving with a suspended registration Jan. 8. He was arrested following a traffic stop in the10300 block of Dearlove Road. He was released on bond and is scheduled to appear in Cook County Court Feb. 2 in Skokie.

Victoria Kosowski, 40, of the 2500 block of Happy Hollow Road in Glenview was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, illegal transportation of alcohol, endangering the life of a child and speeding Jan. 11. She was arrested following a traffic stop in the 1100 block of Shermer Road. She was released on bond and is scheduled to appear in Cook County Court Feb. 3 in Skokie.

WARRANT APPREHENSION

Gary Johnson, 27, of the 11800 block of South Lowe Avenue in Chicago was apprehended on a warrant issued by the Illinois Department of Corrections Jan. 12. The warrant was issued for a parole violation. He was held for pick up by the department of corrections.

BURGLARY

An unknown individual or individuals shattered the front passenger window of a vehicle parked in the 3200 block of Harrison Street and removed sunglasses Jan. 7.

STOLEN VEHICLE

A Mundelein resident reported a truck with a plow and tow attachment was stolen from a parking lot in the 600 block of Milwaukee Avenue Jan. 3.

A Wheeling resident reported their vehicle was stolen from a parking lot in the 1300 block of Patriot Blvd. Jan. 9.

THEFT

Three men entered a retail business in the 2700 block of Pfingsten Road, placed bottles of alcoholic beverages in a shopping cart and left without paying Jan. 8.

IDENTITY THEFT

A Glenview resident reported Jan. 8 receiving an email from an alleged reputable company to secure their account. The email led to a fraudulent website where the resident provided personal information.
