Elmhurst
Alcohol
Four Elmhurst women were cited for consumption of alcohol by a minor at 2:32 a.m. Dec. 30. The four are:
Allison Blessing, 20, of the 200 block of West Elm Park Avenue;
Grace Maniola, 19, of the 500 block of South Fairview Avenue;
Erin Grant, 20, of the 100 block of North Richard Avenue; and
Hannah Blanchett, 20, of the 400 block of East Church Street.
Assault
Lukas Kalman, 31, of the 700 block of North Emroy Avenue, Elmhurst, was charged with assault at 1:36 p.m. Jan. 1 after allegedly entering mailboxes and, when confronted, displaying a box cutter.
Burglary
A Milwaukee brand Sawzall was reported taken from a vehicle in the 300 block of West Alexander Boulevard at 12:44 p.m. Jan. 2. Police investigating learned the same offender had attempted to get into other vehicles in the area before leaving westbound on Alexander.
Disorderly conduct
Mark Cardenas, 26, of the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue, Addison, was charged with public urination in the 100 block of North Addison Avenue at 2:22 a.m. Jan. 1.
Joseph Lerario, 54, of the 4N400 block of Medinah Road, Addison, was charged with disorderly conduct and felony harassment by telephone at 10:56 a.m. Jan. 3 after allegedly making a threatening phone call over a business dispute with Elmhurst Party Rentals, 650 W. Grand Ave., and allegedly coming to the business with a firearm. He was served with a firearm restraining order on Jan. 4.
DUI
Kevin Leyva Ramirez, 29, of the 4800 block of West Cornelia Avenue, Chicago, was charged with driving under the influence, improper lane use, failing to reduce speed to avoid an accident, failing to wear a seat belt and driving without insurance at 6:27 a.m. Dec. 30.
Diana Stout, 50, of the 1000 block of Ahrens Avenue, Lombard, was charged with driving under the influence and improper lane use at 1:28 a.m. Jan. 1.
Kevin Williams, 34, of the 100 block of East Bailey Road, Naperville, was charged with obstructing justice, driving under the influence, possession of open alcohol by a driver, driving without insurance and failing to carry a driver’s license while driving at 2:12 a.m. Jan. 1.
Forgery
A representative of Spring Inn, 552 South Spring Road, told police on Dec. 28 that a check he mailed to a vendor in mid-December had been “washed” and cashed for a different amount.
A representative of Charm Thai BBQ, 426 N. York St., told police that someone forged two of the company’s checks on Dec. 27 and Dec. 28. A stop payment order on the checks prevented loss.
Fraud
A resident reported on Dec. 29 that an unknown suspect used her debit card to make several fraudulent withdrawals at a location in the 400 block of North York Street.
Identity theft
A resident reported on Dec. 27 that an unknown person used her information to file for unemployment benefits.

A resident reported an unknown suspect gained access to his PNC debit card and made numerous purchases in Indiana between Dec. 28 and Jan. 4. The resident, who had the card in his possession, has since closed the account.
Theft
Multiple cologne products were reportedly taken from Walgreens, 160 N. Robert Palmer Dr., at 8:43 p.m. Dec. 29 by a Black male who left the area in a vehicle northbound on York Street.
A review of surveillance video showed two suspects taking tequila from Jewel Osco, 153 E. Schiller St., around 8:30 p.m. Dec. 29.
Various items were reported taken from Jewel Osco, 944 S. York St., around 9 p.m. Dec. 31 by a Black man and a white woman, both described as 40- to 60-years old, who left the area in a red sedan westbound on Butterfield Road.
A tool box was reportedly taken from Gem Car Wash, 964 N. York St., after a customer left it behind on the ground after vacuuming his vehicle around 3 p.m. Dec. 31. Video shows another customer taking the tool box.
Four tires and rims were reported taken from an Infiniti G37 parked in a lot at Okaz Motors, 594 W. Lake St., between 3:11 a.m. and 4:28 a.m. Jan. 4.
Traffic
Tarahjiaun Jones-Boone, 20, of the 100 block of East Lake Street, Elmhurst, was cited for driving without a valid driver’s license and improper lane use 1:25 p.m. Dec. 30.
Tanio Hall, 28, of the 1100 block of South Center Street, Bensenville, was cited for driving with a suspended driver’s license, driving without insurance and driving without valid registration at 7:42 p.m. Dec. 30.
Frank Bandoma, 30, of the 41W800 block of Townhall Road, Elburn, was cited for operating a motor vehicle while using an electronic communication device at 11:19 p.m. Dec. 30.
Serita Owens, 25, of the 10300 block of Dickens Avenue, Melrose Park, was charged with speeding and driving without a valid driver’s license or permit at 9:21 a.m. Dec. 30.
Barbara Haynes, 33, of the 400 block of South Lotus Avenue, Chicago, was charged with driving with a suspended driver’s license, improper use of registration and no valid registration at 11:25 a.m. Dec. 31.
Ryan Legere, 35, of the 300 block of East Parkview Avenue, Elmhurst, was charged with disobeying a stop sign and driving with a suspended license at 8:18 p.m. Dec. 31.
Saul Giron Garcia, 34, of the 500 block of Valerie Lane, Addison, was cited for improper lane use, driving without valid registration and improper use of registration at 8:47 p.m. Jan. 2.
Nydia Nieves, 40, of the 2700 block of Grandville Avenue, Melrose Park, was charged with driving with a suspended driver’s license at 4:56 p.m. Jan. 3.
In the same incident, Abigail Saucedo, 26, of the 1500 block of Burr Drive, North Liberty, Iowa, was cited for failing to yield.
Marri Maneesh, 28, of the 1300 block of South Finley Road, Lombard, was charged with driving with a suspended driver’s license, driving without insurance and making an improper turn at 1:02 a.m. Jan. 4.
Trespass
Dimitrios Giannopoulos, 23, of the 500 block of Veterans Parkway, Addison, was cited for trespassing at 9:51 p.m. Jan. 3 after allegedly driving through No Trespassing signs on the seventh level of the Addison parking deck, 149 N. Addison Ave.
