Michael Thomas Madigan, 58, of the 7000 block Lewis and Clark Drive, Plainfield, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane usage and driving the wrong way, at 7:44 p.m. Dec. 7.
Kris Quiaoit, 39, of the 18W200 block Holly Avenue, Darien, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding, at 10:24 p.m. Dec. 8.
Latrice Kim, 51, of the 0-100 block of Foxcroft Road, Naperville, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, at 3:07 a.m. Dec. 11.
Criminal damage to property
On the 7600 of Sawyer Road, a complainant reported on Dec. 5 to police that between 9:30 p.m. Dec. 4 and 5:46 p.m. Dec. 5, unknown offenders damaged lights and decorations in the yard. The approximate loss is unknown.
Ronald Lynch, 27, of the 28200 block Diehl Road 335, Warrenville, was charged with criminal damage to property on a warrant from Darien, at 11:05 a.m. Dec. 9.
Retail theft
Haley Anderson, 18, of the 16W500 block of Honeysuckle Rose Lane, Willowbrook, was observed in the self-check lane and failed to scan multiple items, in Walmart, 2189 75th Street. Anderson was charged with felony retail theft, at 7:33 p.m., Dec. 9.
