DUI
Alexsander Zingerman, 56, of the 500 block of Harris Drive, was charged November 16 with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving 15-20 mph above the limit, following an incident on Weiland Road near Newtown Road. Zingerman is scheduled to appear in court December 7 in Waukegan.

Acquianetta James, 31, of the 900 block of Spiros Court, DeKalb, was charged November 24 with driving under the influence of alcohol, and resisting arrest following an incident at the intersection of West Lake Cook and North Buffalo Grove roads. James is scheduled to appear in court December 14 in Waukegan.
Daniyel Achio, 32, of the 1600 block of West Partridge Court, Arlington Heights, was charged November 24 with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving 15-20 mph above the limit, and expiration of registration following an incident at the intersection of West Dundee Road and Golfview Terrace. Achio is scheduled to appear in court December 14 in Rolling Meadows.
Aggravated DUI
Angel Medina, 20, of the 600 block of Piper Lane, Prospect Heights, was charged November 21 with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with BAC of .08 or more, aggravated DUI-violation for the third or subsequent time, aggravated DUI-driving during a period when driving privileges are revoked or suspended as a result of DUI/Reckless Homicide following an incident in the 100 block of East Lake Cook Road. Medina was scheduled to appear in court November 21 in Waukegan.
Moving violation
Xenia Hegwood, 28, of the 1000 block of Candlewood Court, Wheeling, was charged November 22 with driving on a suspended license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and for not wearing a seatbelt, following an incident at Weiland and Lake Cook roads. Hegwood is scheduled to appear in court December 16 in Mundelein.
Tae Dorsey, 20, of the 500 block of Krakar Avenue, Joliet, was charged November 23 with driving on a suspended license in the first block of West Lake Cook Road. Dorsey is scheduled to appear in court December 9 in Mundelein.
Anakin Olshock, 22, of the 8500 block of Crawford, Skokie, was charged November 23 with driving on a suspended license and for squealing/screeching tires following an incident at the intersection of West Lake Cook Road and Raupp Boulevard. Olshock is scheduled to appear in court December 21 in Rolling Meadows.
Anabella Choez, 23, of the 500 block of Main Street, Park City, was charged November 26 with driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license at the intersection of East Half Day and North Prairie roads.
Efrain Fonseca, 26, of the 600 block of West 5th Street, York, Nebraska, was charged November 28 with driving on a suspended license following an incident in the first block of Knight Hill Court. Fonseca is scheduled to appear in court December 21 in Waukegan.
Theft
There was a report of retail theft November 20 in the first block of North Buffalo Grove Road. The alleged thief fled in a vehicle.
There was a report of a stolen vehicle, having occurred on November 19 and reported on November 21, in the 900 block of Deerfield Parkway.
