Elmhurst
Battery
Michael Duckins, 19, of the 3800 block of West Fillmore Street, Chicago, was charged with domestic battery at 2:48 a.m. Dec. 4.
Burglary
A resident on Four Seasons Court reported Dec. 1 that a firearm was missing from her handgun lockbox since Sept. 18.
Three men were observed breaking the front glass door of Enterprise Leasing, 856 N. York St., at 5:35 a.m. Dec. 3. The suspects fled from responding police officers in a dark SUV and were last seen westbound on Interstate 290.
Five vehicles were stolen from the service bay of Honda on Grand, 300 W. Grand Ave., between 2:16 a.m. and 2:23 a.m. by six unknown suspects who were seen on video removing the vehicles. The offenders drove away eastbound on Grand. Two of the vehicles were later recovered in Chicago.
Three vehicles were stolen from the service area of Caliber Collision, 867 N. Industrial Dr., overnight between Dec. 2 and Dec. 3. One of the vehicles was later recovered.
Cannabis
Jose Ambris Aguilar, 20, of the 100 block of Oxford Lane, Glendale Heights, was cited for improperly tinted windows, obstructed front windshield and unlawful possession of cannabis by a driver at 7:18 a.m. Dec. 1.
Criminal damage to property/defacement
Four juveniles, two females and two males, spilled nail polish all over the floor of Walgreens, 160 N. Robert Palmer Dr., at 7:21 p.m. Dec. 3.
Graffiti was found on the rear wall of 7-Eleven, 155 E. First St., at 1:36 p.m. Dec. 5.
Someone cut the electric cord to Christmas lights on the 200 block of South Boyd Avenue between 7:30 a.m. and 5:03 p.m. Dec. 6.
Someone cut the electric cords to Christmas lights at Immaculate Conception Church, 134 W. Arthur St., as discovered about 5 p.m. Dec. 6.
Drugs
Antenio Price, 30, of the 8400 block of Wilmette Avenue, Darien, was charged with two counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, criminal trespass to a motor vehicle and improper display of registration at 12:53 a.m. Dec. 1 after a traffic stop in which police say he was driving a stolen vehicle.
Jason Haines, 36, of the first block of Hillcrest Avenue, Fox Lake, was charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and obstructing identification at 8:20 p.m. Dec. 6.
DUI
Alphonzo Bullock, 55, of the 2100 block of South 23rd Avenue, Maywood, was charged with driving under the influence, improper lane use, failing to signal, driving without insurance, driving with expired license plates and driving with a suspended driver’s license at 1:29 a.m. Dec. 3.
Dominique Moore, 33, of the 2100 block of 175th Street, Lansing, was charged with driving under the influence, disobeying a traffic control signal, failing to signal when required, driving without insurance and improper lane use at 12:31 a.m. Dec. 4.
Rebekah Kielsling, 29, of the 2400 block of West Hollywood Avenue, Chicago, was charged with driving under the influence and improper lane use at 2:24 a.m. Dec. 4.
Forgery
A resident reported that on Oct. 29 someone intercepted a check he sent and cashed it using a forged signature.
Fraud
A resident reported an unauthorized transaction took place on her checking account on Nov. 29.
Identity theft
A resident reported on Dec. 4 that someone used his information to open a Verizon account in late October.
A resident reported Dec. 5 that an unknown offender attempted in August to open credit cards in his name and to change his address with the United States Postal Service.

A resident reported Dec. 5 that an unknown person attempted on Dec. 1 to purchase a vehicle under the resident’s name.
A resident reported Dec. 5 that someone applied for a loan in her name. The loan was not made.
A resident reported Dec. 5 that someone opened a bank Visa debit card using the resident’s information. The account was closed.
A resident reported Dec. 6 that someone used the resident’s information to open a Com Ed account at the resident’s former address between Sept. 19 and Oct. 28.
Recovered Vehicle
An officer on patrol on Dec. 6 found a 2019 silver Hyundai Elantra in the 600 block of South York Street that was reported stolen from Chicago.
Stolen vehicle
A vehicle left running unattended behind a business at 218 E. Butterfield Rd., was reported stolen at 6:48 p.m. Dec. 7.
Theft
Liquor was reported taken from Sal’s Beverage World, 695 W. St. Charles Rd., about 2:30 p.m. Dec. 2 by a bald Hispanic man between 40- and 50-years old, 6 feet two inches tall and weighing an estimated 220 pounds.
Three unknown suspects took liquor from Jewel Osco, 944 S. York St., at 2:43 p.m. Dec. 4, and fled in a black Kia. The three were all described as thin Black males in their late teens.
Three Addison men were charged with retail theft from Kohl’s, 303 S. Route 83, at 3:56 p.m. Dec. 4. They are:
Mariano Reyes Ovalle, 37, of the 500 block of Green Oaks Court;
Walter Reyes Ovalle, 42, of the same address; and
German Hernandez Guevara, 39, of the 100 block of North Church Road.
Someone took a package from the lobby area of the Elm Creek Apartments, 1 Elm Creek Dr., on Nov. 20.
Three Chicago men were charged with retail theft after reportedly taking items from Walgreens, 160 N. Robert Palmer Dr., at 2:13 p.m. Dec. 7. Police said they fled the scene southbound on Palmer in a black Dodge Durango but were later located. The three are:
Paris Durr, 31, of the 1000 block of Ridgeway Avenue, Chicago;
Rob Howard, 31, of the 400 block of North Lockwood Avenue, Chicago; and
David Bynum, 36, of the 900 block of Central Park, Chicago.
Officers responded for a retail theft that had just occurred. The offenders fled the scene in a black Dodge Durango last seen southbound Palmer Dr. The offender
Traffic
Michael Matykiewicz, 47, of the 600 block of Parkside Avenue, Elmhurst, was cited for leaving the scene of an accident involving damage to an attended vehicle, failing to reduce speed to avoid an accident and driving without insurance at 4:53 p.m. Dec. 1.
Matthew Annoreno, 51, of the 5400 block of North East River Road, Chicago, was charged with driving with a revoked driver’s license, disobeying a traffic control device and driving with an obstructed rear license plate at 4:25 p.m. Dec. 2.
Tawfiq Salem, 45, of the first block of Yorkshire Woods, Oak Brook, was cited for failing to reduce speed to avoid an accident and for driving without insurance at 9:26 p.m. Dec. 2.
Kimberly Olea, 63, of the first block of Ambassador Avenue, Romeoville, was cited for driving with a suspended driver’s license, driving without insurance and disobeying a traffic control signal at 6:54 p.m. Dec. 3.
Levy Jones, 29, of the 1000 block of Oklahoma Street, Gary, Ind., was charged with driving without valid registration and while his driver’s license was suspended at 12:21 p.m. Dec. 5.
Weapons
Teresa Pulido, 41, of the 900 block of South Hillcrest Avenue, Elmhurst, was cited for discharging a stun gun at 6:22 p.m. Dec. 2.
