Why am I not surprised that now Donald Trump has called for the termination of the rules, regulations and most of the Constitution. He lied when he put his hand on the Bible and swore to uphold it. We knew he was lying then, he lied from the very beginning about caring about his supporters, the police, the FBI, law enforcement, the military and the Constitution. He swore that he loved all of those things and now here he is tearing them down. Oh what a surprise.

It should come as a shock to no one that the former president wants to terminate the Constitution and be reinstated as president. Isn’t that exactly what Jan. 6 was all about, when he showered love and praise on, as he called them, those great patriots?

In my opinion, teachers need 15 sick days because they are cooped up with a bunch of students some of whom are sent to school sick because parents have to go to work. Many students don’t practice good hygiene and germs are spread all over the school. Why do public schools cost more than private? Because public schools are responsible to teach all students no matter how serious their health limitations, developmental delay, behavior issues or physical disabilities.

Still have not received the Illinois property tax rebate that Gov. Pritzker announced many months ago!

Still political hacks are calling. Phone rings at dinner time so I let it go to voicemail. The End Political Corruption in Orland Park PAC needs to stop robocalling and telling me to call the FBI or U.S. attorney’s office to report corruption or I will file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission about these unwanted calls.

My tax bill just arrived which is double what it was last year. The reason being a little added income negated my senior exemptions. So the question is, is this a property tax or an income tax?
