The following items were taken from the Evanston Police Department bulletin. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt.

Armed Robbery

There was an armed robbery in the 900 block of Foster Street on Dec. 1 in which the victim was threatened with a knife, punched and their phone was stolen.

Aggravated Unlawful Use of a Weapon 

Jaques Q. Irby, 18, of the 8500 block of Niles Center Road, Skokie, was charged with aggravated unlawful use of a weapon in the 4900 block of Old Orchard Road on Nov. 29.

Residential Burglary

There was a residential burglary in the 1400 block of Monroe Street it was reported on Nov. 27 in which tools and computer parts were taken.

There was a residential burglary in the 800 block of Mulford Street reported on Nov. 24 in which various items were taken.

There was a residential burglary in the 1400 block of Monroe Street it was reported on Nov. 27 in which jewelry was taken.

There was a residential break-in in the 1800 block of Monroe Street on Nov. 28. Nothing appears to have been taken.

There was a burglary at a restaurant in the 800 block of Noyes Street on Nov. 25 in which alcohol was taken.

Attempted Vehicle Theft

There was an attempt to steal a 2013 Hyundai from the 400 block of Greenwood Street on Nov. 22 in which the car’s steering column was damaged.

Attempted Robbery

There was an attempted robbery in the 2100 block of Dempster Street on Dec. 1 in which the victim was forced out of her car and the offender tried to steal her purse. Nothing was taken. No injuries were reported.

Theft

A secured bicycle was stolen from Evanston Township High School in the 1600 block of Dodge Avenue on Nov. 30.

Disorderly Conduct

Lamar A. McNeil, 21, of the 700 block of Lincoln Street, Evanston, was charged with disorderly conduct in the 700 block of Lincoln Street on Nov. 30.

Domestic Battery

Frederick Pigram, 30, of the 2900 block of West Harrison Street, Chicago, was charged with domestic battery in the 1300 block of Pitner Avenue on Nov. 29.

Shots Fired

There was a report of shots fired in the 2300 block of Nathaniel Place on Nov. 28 but responding officers did not find anything.

Criminal Damage to a Vehicle

There was a criminal damage to a vehicle reported in the 300 block of Ridge Avenue on Nov. 29 in which the vehicle was damaged.
