Joseph Charles Rush, 32, of the 3200 block of Heather Drive, Aurora, was arrested on charges of aggravated battery to a peace officer, driving on a suspended/revoked license, obstructing justice, operating a vehicle with canceled, suspended or revoked registration and driving on expired registration at 11:59 p.m. Nov. 19 in the 1500 block of West Ogden Avenue.
Michael Tyrell Turner-Smith, 26, of the 400 block of Saddle Run Lane, Beecher, was arrested on a warrant and on charges of driving without insurance and driving on expired registration at 1:15 a.m. Nov. 20 at Glenoban Drive and Bruce Lane.
James Allen Shorts, 43, of the 700 block of Inland Circle, Napeville, was arrested on a charge of battery/bodily harm at 7:11 a.m. Nov. 20 in the 700 block of Inland Circle.
Concepcion U. Herrera, 26, of the 700 block of Magnolia Court, Oswego, was arrested on charges of improper window tinting/treatment and driving on a suspended/revoked license at 9:04 p.m. Nov. 20 at Raymond Drive and North Aurora Road.
Mackenzie Lund Grant, 30, of the 2800 block of Stonewater Drive, Naperville, was arrested on a charge of battery at 12:03 p.m. Nov. 21 at her home.
Virgil D. Walker, 40, of the 800 block of Waverly Court, Naperville, was arrested on a charge of retail theft at 3:48 p.m. Nov. 21 in the 2500 block of West 75th Street.
Elicia Lasaundria Bryant, 28, of the 4300 block of East Chesapeake Drive, Aurora, was arrested on a charge of theft-unauthorized control at 7:41 p.m. Nov. 21 in the 2500 block of West 75th Street.
Ariel M. Maxey, 19, of the 4300 block of East Chesapeake Drive, Aurora, was arrested on a charge of theft-all other larceny at 7:46 p.m. Nov. 21 in the 2500 block of West 75th Street.
Jose Jorge Martinez, 46, of the 100 block of Montrose Way, La Grange, Georgia, was arrested as a fugitive from justice and on a charge of home repair fraud/contract greater than $1,000 at 6:11 a.m. Nov. 22 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.
David E. Purcell II, 27, of the 1500 block of South Kedvale Avenue, Chicago, was arrested on charges of illegal lane usage, fleeing police and driving on a suspended/revoked license at 4:27 p.m. Nov. 22 at North Route 59 and McDowell Road.
