Warrant Service
Nicholas Nakielny, 37, of he 1500 block of Darien Lake Drive, Darien, was served a no bond warrant for possession of heroin, at 10:04 a.m. Nov. 17. He was transported to DuPage County Sheriff’s Office.
DUI
Jason Buck, 45, of the 200 block Wintree Lane, New Lenox, was charged with felony obstructing justice, driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to yield turning left, at 9:38 p.m. Nov. 18.
Unlawful use of a weapon
Alaa Sweis, 33, of the 13100 block of W. Creekside Drive, Homer Glen, was charged with aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, driving under the influence, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and speeding, at 3:10 a.m. Nov. 20.
