THEFT ARREST

James Pugh, 62, of the 800 block of Grand Avenue, Waukegan, was charged Nov. 10 with a felony count of theft for a previous bicycle theft at the Glencoe Metra station, police said. He had a Nov. 11 bond hearing and a scheduled court date of Nov. 30.

THEFT

A package with unknown contents was reported stolen Nov. 13 from the first block of Beach Road, police said.
