Miguel A. Gudoy Jr., 21, of the 500 block of North May Street, Aurora, was arrested on charges of fighting and giving minors alcohol at 12:16 a.m. Nov. 13 in the 600 block of South Route 59.
Charles Anthony Turner, 21, of the 700 block of North Road, Palmyra, was arrested on a charge of fighting at 12:44 a.m. Nov. 13 in the first block of West Chicago Avenue.
John B. Kelly, 23, of the 400 block of Dilorenzo Drive, Naperville, was arrested on charges of failure to reduce speed/driving too fast for conditions, DUI/alcohol and illegal possession/transportation of liquor by a driver at 9:46 a.m. Nov. 13 at 75th Street and Rickert Drive.
Anthony Fowler, 35, of the 4900 block of West Huron Street, Chicago, was arrested on a warrant at 3:16 p.m. Nov. 13 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.
Raekel A. Hudson-Terry, 20, of the 900 block of Black Road, Joliet, was arrested on a warrant at 8:55 p.m. Nov. 13 in the 800 block of South Washington Street.
Juan Martinez-Franco, 58, of the 4700 block of Yender Avenue, Lisle, was arrested on charges of disobeying a traffic control signal, DUI/alcohol and illegal possession/transportation of liquor by a driver at 11:29 p.m. Nov. 13 at West Chicago Avenue and South Washington Street.
Shevelle J. Graham, 39, of the 1500 block of North Sedgwick Street, Chicago, was arrested on a warrant at 10:36 a.m. Nov. 14 at Allegre Circle and Fairway Drive.
Daniel S. Bird, 35, of the 200 block of Park Avenue, South Elgin, was arrested on a warrant at 11:20 a.m. Nov. 14 in the 1500 block of Naperville Wheaton Road.
Nicholas Anthony Handy, 42, of the 800 block of Genesee Drive, Naperville, was arrested on a warrant and on charges of driver’s view obstructed by rain, snow, ice, etc., and driving on a suspended/revoked license at 10 a.m. Nov. 15 at West Ogden Avenue and Raymond Drive.
John Henry Grimmer, 61, of the 1200 block of Richfield Court, Woodridge, was arrested on a charge of battery at 12:21 p.m. Nov. 15 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.

Nicholas Anthony Rodriguez, 37, of the 400 block of Walnut Street, Elmhurst, was arrested on charges of improper window tinting/treatment, driving on a suspended/revoked license and driving without insurance at 9:56 p.m. Nov. 15 at North Route 59 and West Diehl Road.
