DUI
Paul Kulhavy Jr., 31, of the 8200 block of Park Crest Drive, Darien, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and improper lane usage, at 12:56 a.m. Nov. 7.
Alayna Cortez, 20, of the 700 block of N. Randall Road, Aurora, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane usage and illegal transportation of open alcohol, at 1:29 a.m. Nov. 13.
Dariusz Zmuda, 55, of the 5S700 block of Westwind Drive, Naperville, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane usage and illegal transportation of alcohol, at 8:22 p.m. Nov. 13.
Criminal defacement
At 11:45 p.m. Nov. 7, a police officer observed graffiti spray painted on two concrete blocks located in the parking lot of Darien Towne Center, 2189 75th Street, between Walmart and PetSmart. The approximate cost is unknown.
Burglary
At 4:47 p.m. on Nov. 7, a police officer was dispatched to Public Storage, 1001 North Frontage Road, for a report of a burglary to a storage locker. The complainant reported that sometime between 5 p.m. Nov. 6 and 4:40 p.m. Nov. 7 unknown offenders removed multiple items from a storage locker. The approximate loss is $1,400.

Warrant service
At 12:04 a.m. on Nov. 8, Dontae Grady, of the 200 block of W. 75th Place, Merrillville, Indiana turned himself in for a failure to appear warrant from DuPage County. Grady was given a court date of Dec. 14.
Abdel Alsoubani, 43, of the 8800 block of Lake Ridge Drive, was charged with failure to signal and speeding. Alsoubani was also wanted for a traffic warrant from the Illinois State Police, at 10:39 p.m. Nov. 13.
