James Earl Hayes, 19, of the 200 block of Orange Street, Elgin, was arrested on a charge of aggravated unlawful use of weapons at 2:23 a.m. Oct. 30 in the 1600 block of Country Lakes Drive.
Arely Bibiana Frederiksen, 31, of the 200 block of East Benton Avenue, Naperville, was arrested on charges of disobeying a traffic control device, DUI/alcohol and driving without a valid license/permit at 12:38 a.m. Oct. 30 at East Benton Avenue and Center Street.
Kristopher John Willing, 48, of the 31700 block of Village Green Boulevard, Warrenville, was arrested on a charge of battery at 3:02 a.m. Oct. 30 in the 800 block of South Washington Street.

Jeffrey E. Eberhardt, 44, of the 2200 block of Aster Court, Naperville, was arrested on a charge of DUI/alcohol at 7:44 p.m. Oct. 30 in the 1300 block of South Naper Boulevard.
Sean A. Falk, 42, of the 1600 block of Imperial Circle, Naperville, was arrested on a charge of battery at 7:58 p.m. Oct. 30 at his home.

Montineez Williams, 21, of the 8800 block of South Carpenter Street, Chicago, was arrested on charges of criminal damage to state property, aggravated fleeing/property damage and driving on a suspended/revoked license at 4:16 p.m. Nov. 1 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.
Antoine Sean Jackson, 43, of the 7600 block of South Seeley Avenue, Chicago, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and knowingly damage property at 9:20 p.m. Nov. 2 in the 100 block of 5th Avenue.
David T. Odom, 58, of the 24700 block of Royal Lytham Drive, Naperville, was arrested on a charge of deceptive practice at 4:22 p.m. Nov. 3 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.
