Frankfort’s Marban receives Five Star Wealth Manager award
Claudia Marban has been named a recipient of the 2022 Five Star Wealth Manager award by Five Star Professional. Marban is a private wealth adviser with Claudia Marban & Associates in Frankfort.
The award goes to less than 7% of the wealth managers in the region based on research administered by Five Star Professional, a third-party research firm.
Cook County’s Simpson nominated for award

Samantha H. Simpson, chief data officer with the Cook County Assessor’s Office, has been nominated for a 2022 LocalSmart Award by StateScoop for County Executive of the Year.
Simpson’s team recently received three national awards for building a new in-house residential valuation model using free software and open-source algorithms.
“Samantha joined my office and quickly demonstrated unwavering leadership and a passion for change management within the organization,” said Assessor Fritz Kaegi. “It is an honor and reflection of her dedication to public service that she has been nominated for this prestigious award.”
Simpson has more than 15 years of experience implementing data-driven solutions in the public and private sectors. She joined the Assessor’s Office in 2020.
