LIBERTYVILLE
WARRANT
Candace L. Martin, 65, of the 26000 block of N. Elmwood Avenue in Mundelein, was charged with operating an uninsured vehicle and an expired registration. Officers learned of an active warrant out of Lake County and transported Martin to the Lake County jail.
Brian K. Willis, 53, of the 5600 block of S. Peoria Street in Chicago, was arrested after officers conducted a traffic stop and learned of an active warrant out of Cook County. Willis was transported to the Lake County jail.
Timothy T. Ryan, 66, of the 800 block of Interlaken Lane in Libertyville, was arrested after officers learned of two active warrants through the Waukegan police department. Ryan was turned over to that department.
Alison L. Montgomery, 69, of the 100 block of Broadway Street in Libertyville, was arrested after officers handling a dispute learned of an active warrant out of Lake County. Montgomery was transported to the Lake County jail.
MUNDELEIN
DUI
Silvano Zacapala-Perez of Mundelein was charged Sept. 24 with driving under the influence of alcohol after a traffic crash. Zacapala-Perez has a court date scheduled in Waukegan.
SUSPENDED LICENSE
Martin Aldana-Manriquez of Round Lake was charged Sept. 25 with driving an uninsured motor vehicle, having a suspended driving license, no seatbelt and expired registration. Aldana-Manriquez has a court date scheduled in Mundelein.
Austreberto Martinez of Mundelein was charged Sept. 29 with driving with an invalid driver’s license after a traffic crash. Martinez has a court date scheduled in Mundelein.

THEFT
William S. Martinez, 18, of the 300 block of Prairie Avenue in Highwood, was charged Sept. 30 with retail theft, after taking $4.75 worth of food from McDonalds in Hawthorn Center. Martinez has a court date scheduled Nov. 10 in Mundelein.
