This is crazy
I say yes to the gentleman who said as soon as they get rid of the cult of personality, the Republican Party will get some more voters. You know, you guys have got to get rid of this whack job. I can’t vote Republican if this crazy lunatic is going to run. You guys get some decent people in there and the Republicans will win every election, but you can’t win with this guy. Let’s see if we can get somebody good. My God, we’ve gotta do something. This is crazy.
Read everything
As American citizens, it’s our right to get all views. I’m so happy the Lake County Gazette sent me their newspaper. I like to know what’s going on both sides of the field, and people that only examine one side are ignorant to what the world is going through and what our county is going through. It’s a good idea that you read it and get educated. You don’t have to believe everything you read, but a good idea is to read everything.
Not for free
Hey guys, have you noticed all these law firms slobbering all over this Camp Lejeune lawsuit? They’re not doing it for free, baby. I don’t know what percentage they’re going to take.
Proposed name-change
Unbelievable. That’s what my feelings were after reading all of the contributions to Sept. 29’s “Talk of the county.” I suggest that the title of this segment of the newspaper be renamed to “Talk of the ill-informed and uneducated.”

Tell the people that don’t know any better and drive under the speed limit, or slower than the moving traffic, not to drive in the left lane and to move over to the right lane where they’re supposed to be. Having people go around them can cause an accident? You flash your brights, they still don’t move over and instead they give you the finger. I don’t know what’s wrong with people, but slow-moving cars are supposed to be to the right, not to the left lane, especially truck drivers. They’re always in the left lane and they don’t belong there.
Very high marks
Where is the ex-president Bone Spurs now when we need him? You know, the guy who said if we drop an atomic bomb on a hurricane, it’ll just go away. If he was president now, he would just drop an atomic bomb over Florida and none of the destruction that’s going on now would have happened at all. Just ask him. He said he has very much high marks.

OK, here we go again. The bridge is hit in Long Grove. Wow. I called you last time and said they should put those big concrete barriers in front there, so only a car can get through. But, here we go with the bridge again.
