BATTERY
Michael T. West, 47, of the 400 block of W. Lincoln Highway in Chicago Heights, was charged Sept. 2 with battery and assault for striking a Walmart employee. West has a court date scheduled Oct. 14 in Waukegan.
Ira J. Wright IV, 19, of the 400 block of Shadow Creek Drive in Vernon Hills, was charged Sept. 1 with aggravated battery. He has a court date scheduled Sept. 15 in Waukegan.
WARRANT
Tyler J. Johnson, 30, of the 20000 block of 62nd Street in Salem, Wisconsin, was charged Sept. 2, with possession of a stolen motor vehicle, fictitious ID, possession of drug paraphernalia and two warrants. Johnson’s court information was unavailable.
MUNDELEIN
DUI
Danny Walley of Mundelein was charged Aug. 25 with driving under the influence of alcohol. He has a court date scheduled in Waukegan.
REVOKED LICENSE
Joan Sebastian Portillo of Round Lake was charged Aug. 26 with driving on a revoked driver’s license. He has a bond court appearance in Waukegan.
LIBERTYVILLE
DUI
Lee I. Kerry, 33, of the 4000 block of Bennett Avenue in Gurnee, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. Kerry has a pending court date scheduled Oct. 7 in Waukegan.

WARRANT
Eric M. Bock, 26, of the 600 block of W. Summerlyn Drive in Antioch, was turned over to the Lake County jail on a warrant. Bock has no local charges.
