* An op-ed on abortion in the July 8 edition cited the wrong Supreme Court case in reference to the National Minimum Legal Drinking Act. South Dakota v. Dole took up the NMLDA and requires that Spending Clause legislation be made in pursuit of the “general welfare.” The Tribune regrets the error.
