Ethan M. Cohen of Mundelein was charged June 24 with driving under the influence of alcohol after being stopped for a traffic violation. Cohen has a court date scheduled in Waukegan.
Arturo Gonzalez of Mundelein was charged June 19 with driving under the influence of alcohol after being stopped for a traffic violation. Gonzalez has a court date scheduled in Waukegan.
Alfonso Montiel-Zavala of Mundelein was charged June 21 with driving under the influence. He has a court date scheduled in Waukegan.
Jocelyn Avila-Martinez of Mundelein was charged June 19 with driving under the influence of alcohol after being stopped for a traffic violation. She has a court date scheduled in Waukegan.
VERNON HILLS
DUI
Jason A. Hartmann, 34, of the 800 block of Shoreline Road in Lake Barrington, was charged June 28 with driving under the influence of alcohol. Hartmann’s bail was set at $3,000 and he has a July 20 court date in Waukegan.

Susan M. Phillips, 63, of the 15000 block of W. Idlewood Lane in Libertyville, was charged June 29, with driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs. She was also charged with failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. Phillips hit and knocked down a pole. She has a court date July 22 in Waukegan.
SUSPENDED LICENSE
Ivette Magana, 29, of the 5000 block of Sequoia Court in Gurnee, was charged July 1, with driving while license suspended and operating an uninsured vehicle. Officers learned Magana also had an active warrant for failure to appear in court out of Williamson County. She posted the required bond for the warrant and the new charges. Magana has a court date on Aug. 10 in Mundelein.
