RETAIL THEFT
Davidson A. Burkett, 50, of the 1000 block of Yale in Beach Park, was charged June 15 with retail theft after leaving Walmart without paying for liquor and a fishing pole. His bail was set at $1,500 and he has a July 11 court date in Waukegan.
DUI
Eliseo Orlando Arana Lopez, 32, of the 100 block of Seymour Ave. in Mundelein, was charged June 16 with driving under the influence of alcohol. He was observed making several lane violations. His bail was set at $3,000 and he has a July 6 court date in Waukegan.
MUNDELEIN
UNLAWFUL TRANSPORT OF CANNABIS
Zuriel J. Rodriguez of Mundelein was charged June 9 with unlawful transport of cannabis in a vehicle. Rodriguez was also unlawfully transporting alcohol. He has a court date in Waukegan.
DUI
Michael T. Haran of Chicago was charged June 4 with driving under the influence of alcohol. Haran was also transporting alcohol unlawfully. He has a court date scheduled in Waukegan.
Francisco J. Martinez of Mundelein was charged June 4 with driving under the influence of alcohol. He has a court date in Waukegan.
