Celso Yohany Gelvez-Hernandez, 38, of the 4400 block of North Mango Avenue, Chicago, was arrested on charges of disobeying a traffic control device and driving without a valid license/permit at 11:50 a.m. April 16 at 95th Street and Book Road.
Jovani Cuanetl, 23, of the 500 block of Carriage Drive, West Chicago, was arrested on charges of driving without insurance and driving without a valid license/permit at 12:54 p.m. April 16 at Reymond Drive and Woodchuck Lane.
Nathaniel I. Urbina, 20, of the 400 block of Hankes Avenue, Aurora, was arrested on charges of illegal transportation of cannabis, improper window tinting/treatment and driving without a valid license/permit at 9:24 p.m. April 16 at South Route 59 and West Jefferson Avenue.
Shardae Monae Bailey, 24, of the 1600 block of Westminster Drive, Naperville, was arrested on charges of driving without insurance and driving on a suspended/revoked license at 10:22 p.m. April 16 at West Diehl Road and North Route 59.
Alvin W. Woodard, 31, of the 9600 block of South Crandon Avenue, Chicago, was arrested on charges of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, driving on a suspended/revoked license and operating a vehicle with a canceled, suspended or revoked registration at 12:14 a.m. April 17 in the 3200 block of Odyssey Court.
Ernest L. Hughes, 29, of the 6200 block of South Kedzie Avenue, Chicago, was arrested on a warrant and on charges of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon and possession of 30 to 100 grams of cannabis at 12:15 a.m. April 17 in the 3200 block of Odyssey Court.
Kordion D. Berry, 20, of the 1000 block of Ridge Drive, DeKalb, was arrested on charges of aggravated use of a weapon/vehicle and aggravated unlawful use of weapons at 1:34 a.m. April 17 in the 1900 block of Brookdale Road.
Jatayah Marielle Flowers, 18, of the 4500 block of Prairie Avenue, Brookfield, was arrested on charges of possession of cannabis and illegal transportation of cannabis at 1:48 a.m. April 17 in the 1900 block of Brookdale Road.
Carson M. Theis, 18, of the 2200 block of Mecan Drive, Naperville, was arrested on charges of DUI/alcohol and illegal possession/transportation of liquor by a driver at 8:47 p.m. April 17 in the 4800 block of South Route 59.
Anthony Steven Ellis, 21, of the 3100 block of Heritage Drive, Joliet, was arrested on a warrant at 11:24 p.m. April 17 at Bruce Lane and North Route 59.
Todd Daniel Mellenthin, 45, of the 7800 block of Rutherford, Burbank, arrested on charges of driving on a suspended/revoked license, illegal lane usage and failing to report an accident with injuries at 9:58 p.m. April 18 at 2700 S. California in Chicago.
