Putin may spur revolt: As Putin’s popularity continues to take a nose-dive in his own country, he’d be wise to remember that Ukraine has a large Russian population and the sight of family members being stuffed in body bags just motivate them enough to seize control; Czar Nicholas never saw it coming either!

Define war zone: Richard Irving states in his commercials that when he came back from the Iraq War, he came back to a war zone. If he wants to see a real war zone, he should watch the news of what was happening in a city in Ukraine.

Let’s erase history: To all you politically correct people out there. Since you’re all hell bent on taking down statues of our forefathers just because they owned slaves, I have a solution. Why don’t you just burn all the history books? This way you can sweep everything under a rug and our future generations will know nothing about our past. You’re doing it anyway.

Not much in savings: If anyone thinks the release of 30 million barrels of oil from the strategic reserve and a one month suspension of the 18.3 cent per gallon federal excise tax would amount to a hill of beans, they should think before they speak. The 30 million barrels amounts to 11/2 days’ oil consumption and 100 gallons of gas used for that month would be a whopping $18.30 savings! The past release of 100 million barrels of oil by this administration paused gas price increases for about five days at best! I might celebrate with two Happy Meals for my $20.

Showing poor leadership: Biden has Ukrainian blood on his hands. His chaotic departure from Afghanistan against his generals’ advice showed Putin his weakness and flawed decision making. His energy policy is funding the Russian invasion. He was slow to support Ukraine and sanction Putin before the invasion, when he knew it was imminent. Innocent women and children are being brutally murdered. Biden is no leader. He follows the lead of the Europeans. Now he is throwing $1 billion of our money at a problem that could have been avoided.

Economic principles: I am surprised the GOP hasn’t blamed the Biden administration for the chip shortage that has caused a shortage of cars available for sale and an increase in car prices. And yet the GOP carries on about the price of gas and inflation. The same economic principles causing an increase in car prices also applies to every other product including oil. Low supply equals high prices. Low demand equals clearance sale.
