MUNDELEIN
THEFT AND BATTERY
Royshell Rhyan of North Chicago was charged Feb. 20 with theft and battery. During the theft at a local business, Rhyan shoved an employee, causing the employee to fall to the ground. Rhyan has a bond court appearance in Waukegan.
DUI
Carolyn Peck of Vernon Hills was charged Feb. 19 with driving under the influence of alcohol. Peck was involved in a traffic accident and was also operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Peck has a bond court appearance scheduled in Waukegan.
Aroonroj Ophaphaiboon of Schaumburg was charged Feb. 22 with driving under the influence of alcohol. Ophaphaiboon has a bond court date in Waukegan.
SUSPENDED LICENSE
Tom J Rios of Chicago was charged Feb. 24 with driving while license suspended. Rios was also operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Rios has a bond court appearance in Waukegan.

VERNON HILLS
DUI
Aristeo Lopez, 30, of the 700 block of Piper Lane in Prospect Heights, was charged Feb. 25 with aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol. Lopez was also driving with a suspended license. Lopez’s bail was set at $25,000 and has a March 7 court date in Waukegan.
Seon K. Kim, 56, of the 20th block of Essex Lane in Lincolnshire, was charged Feb. 25 with driving under the influence of alcohol. Kim’s bail was set at $3,000 and has an April 6 court date in Waukegan.
Libertyville reported no arrests in the past week.
