A tragic accident
I disagree with the comments about Alec Baldwin being a certified moron because of the gun accident that occurred on the filming of his new movie, “Rust.” Alec Baldwin is an actor, not a gun expert. He was under the impression he was being handed a gun that was safe to use. This was a tragic accident. It’s not his fault that this happened. Stop trying to bash him and disrespect him just because of his liberal politics. Shameful.
Clean up our library
Time’s up, Waukegan Public Library. I will never go into this disgraceful, so-called library ever again. I cannot fathom the thought of taking my children inside. Speak up, board of trustees. Clean up our library. Make the Waukegan Public Library a nonsmoking campus. This is the board’s decision, not the director’s.
Phony-baloney
Ann Taylor, why don’t you think about taking yourself and your trustees into the Waukegan Harbor and clean up the boardwalk. Ann, how can you tolerate the graffiti on the walk? This town will never change. Spray-paint of body parts and more all over the boardwalk. You have a ton of fishermen illegally snagging fish, cruelly stomping on the live salmon with their feet and leaving these fish to die on the walk. Cruel. So much dried fish blood for a long time on the boardwalk. Fishermen throwing them inside of the bed of their trucks. They do not have coolers for the fish. Is it illegal to snag these fish? If it makes you feel that you did something good for our town, buy gallons of gray paint and clean it up. Oh, don’t forget to tell the paper so you can be on the front page if you do so. Ann, you are no better than any other politician. You voted for no casino as a trustee, now you want it? Your campaign spoke much about your parents and where they came from and your values. I say you have no values. Too wishy-washy for me. You’re a phony-baloney to me. You’re fired.
PETA garbage
To the crazy cat lady who thinks all cats are domesticated. Have you forgotten the cats who are mousers? There are cats out there keeping the mice population under control so you don’t have to kill the ones getting in your home. Or are those mice in your home domesticated, too? Besides I’m sure birds are good eating for these cats, just like you enjoying eating chicken. Circle of life indeed, sweetheart. Good grief this PETA garbage is out of hand.

You know, the guy that said that Alec Baldwin is a moron, he’s a moron. Alec Baldwin is not my favorite actor by no means, but he’s not guilty of anything. He had people that checked this, and they even said on TV that you couldn’t tell the difference between a real bullet and one that’s a safe bullet. So, you have to rely on those people to do their job. And this isn’t the first time this has happened. It’s a sorry thing that happened, but no it’s not his fault.
Party change
With the vaccine mandate in effect on Jan. 4, Democrats will now lose their jobs. I would think in the next election they will vote Republican.
