Paying for no service: I have Universal TV and I pay $28 a week for it. Something keeps happening with their signal so I keep getting a message that says the signal has been lost. Why don’t they pay somebody to fix it? I pay for cable, but it doesn’t work. If they want the check, they need to fix the problem.
